July, August and Sept, summers here and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition is in full swing. This year’s successful entry ‘Here Come the Girls’, can be seen in the Small Western Room, it depicts young girls under the influence of alcohol, brawling outside the pub. Ann’s work can also be seen in The Society of Women Artists Annual Exhibition in the Mall Galleries (July), Fi fie fo fum Gallery in Northumberland and in The Mixed Summer Exhibition at Byard Art in Cambridge.
October herald’s the start of the Autumn Art Fairs beginning with the inaugural ‘Devon Art Fair’ in the beautiful English Riviera resort of Torquay. Ann’s work will represented by Gallery Perutz. Byard Art Gallery in Cambridge has invited Ann to take part in their 10" x 10" Exhibition, which starts on 10/10/10 and shows the work of 10 Artists using a 10” x 10” format. This change in format creates new challenges for Ann and she will be out sourcing ‘considerably bigger books’ over the summer.
